International Women’s Day

You may not know this, but our CEO, Charlena Radic (pictured on the left) is one of those badass boss women – the kind that envisions what she wants and goes after it. I (pictured on the right) have been working for her for almost 12 years now. She is full of talent, knowledge and compassion and I’ve never had another boss like her.

We are a female driven company, in a field dominated by men; but, we have lasted through the years. At times it was not easy, the pandemic almost shut us down; but we are still here training security guards, mystery shopping with over 600 shoppers all over BC, fingerprinting and doing private investigations and we are not going anywhere until we are done leaving our mark.

The day of this photo, Charlena decided for St Patrick’s Day that year, that it was a good idea for 3 of us women (her lovely sister is not pictured because she does not like her photo being online) to walk up what felt like 100 flights of stairs (I think it was 28 floors, but it was definitely a tower we climbed) and once we hit the top, she was right – it was worth it. I’m not saying that everything we have worked hard for over the last 12 years was as hard as those stairs, but it has all been worth it.
