BECOME A PRIVATE INVESTIGATOR IN ALBERTA - ACCREDITED TRAINING

If you are looking to become a Private Investigator in Alberta, the following steps will lead you there:

  1. Complete the Alberta Professional Investigator Training (AIT). This is a 60-hour hours course and is required to get your Private Investigator license in Alberta. This course can be completed in a classroom or online.
  2. Once you have completed the training, you will need to take a provincial exam and pass with 80% or better. Sting has an Exam Prep for Investigator Training that will help with that.
  3. Once you have completed the training and passed the provincial exam you may apply for your license.
