Level 1 – Investigations

LEVEL 1 INVESTIGATIONS

POSITION TITLE: Investigations / Shopping Teams
RESPONSIBLE TO: Sting Investigations, Inc.
GENERAL DESCRIPTION: Provides quality shopping and investigation services for clients

Duties include but are not limited to:

1. Report to job location in a timely manner.
2. Conduct shops within the specified guidelines of Provincial and Federal Laws, as well as Sting
Investigations, Inc., and client standards.
3. Complete all reports within the specified timeline (24 hours), in a neat, readable, comprehensive
manner. All reports will be completed according to Sting Investigations, Inc. guidelines and
training.
4. Uphold the standards of conduct specified by Sting Investigations, Inc. at all times, on and off the
job.
5. Accept investigation assignments, training and seminars not within the usual parameters of the
day-to-day job, as they arise.
6. Flexible work hours are a requirement.
7. Perform other duties as assigned.

Ergonomics Report:

1. Ability to walk or get around in a retail or hospitality environment, and ride in a vehicle for prolonged periods
of time.
2. Ability to complete computerized reports.
3. Ability to carefully and accurately observe complex situations.
4. Ability to carry items up to 20 pounds.
5. Ability to bend and lift, or pick up items from low shelves.

Requirements of Employment:

1. Background screening completed satisfactorily.
2. Flexible hours.
3. Ability to get to the work locations.
